Ingredient Challenge #2 - Tilapia

In the 12 1/2 years I've been married, I have only cooked fish once. That was salmon and was also about 9 years ago. I haven't ventured out to try it again, because frankly, I hate my house smelling like fish for days afterwards. But, that being said, I wanted to try it for my next challenge ingredient. I walked into Harris Teeter and went straight for the seafood counter. I had no idea of the prices, cuts, what was sold, etc. I asked the butcher (are they called that if they package seafood too?)

"What would be a good fish for a non-fish eating family that wouldn't be too fishy?"

His answer, obviously, was Tilapia. This recipe again was AMAZING! I don't think finding a great recipe is going to be the challenge here. My main goal is to see how I like or my family likes the particular ingredient. Once again, everyone loved it, and even asked for seconds. Ethan, of all people, picked up his fork and devoured it without so much a question as to what was on it or what it tasted like. This picture was taken before I added a salad to my plate.

What a wonderful meal. I will make this again, . . .when Tilapia goes on sale.
