Ingredient Challenge #1- Swiss Cheese

Wow!

What a fun experience! I tried something new and actually really liked it. I do have to say that the smell of the Swiss is a bit like gym shoes, but once I got past that (or just chose to ignore it for the sake of the challenge), my meal was an absolute success. I made Chicken Cordon Bleu.




The chicken was cooked perfectly, the ham was outstanding, the cheese nice and gooey, and the sauce. . .ohhhh, the sauce was delectable. Everyone in the family loved it. This recipe gets a 5 star rating and I will be adding Swiss cheese to my camaraderie of trusted ingredients.
