A first for me!

I am going to speculate here, but I am assuming that most people tend to eat the same food and the same recipes over and over again. Some even go as far as having the same food on a particular night each week. I. CAN'T. DO. THAT.

I like having the same ingredients, but switching them up and trying new recipes. But, I don't get crazy with it. Allrecipes.com has become my most trusted dinner ally. Almost nightly, I type in an ingredient I have that I want to use and Viola! I have a plethera to chose from.

Well, here it is. My first. I went to the Farmer's Market today and bought my first EGGPLANT! It's pathedic, I know. I've had no exposure to this vegetable except to be aware of it's existance by name only. I will use my trusty website and see what I come up with. But here I am, trying something new. I'm living on the edge!
