Normally I seem like the last one to jump in on a fad. I wouldn't wear Capri's or sandals for years, I got the Jennifer Aniston haircut right before it went "out", I started listening to Harry Potter on tape after the 4th movie was released,I only started a blog a couple of months ago, and a plethora of other sad examples of my lack of "coolness." It wasn't until a week ago Friday that I asked about "Twilight." I kept hearing about it and seeing it on
people's facebook accounts and on their blogs so I finally asked my friend Meg what
it was all about.Well, I am happy to say I have jumped on the bandwagon, just like always, after every one else is on enjoying the ride. What can I say? I like to make an entrance! I bought the first book at the Airport on Saturday at 7am, and finished "Twilight" by Monday night. I now only have 120 pages left on "New Moon." I have to admit, I love reading these books, but it reminds me a bit of Anne of Avonlea with vampires. But I don't care. I am going to buy book 3 tomorrow!

Welcome to the dark side, my friend! I didn't start reading this series until February and am kinda glad b/c I didn't have to anxiously wait that long for Breaking Dawn to be released! She has another book out called "The Host" which is pretty good if you can get past the first 100 pages or so.
Now we look forward to the movies!
