I love to watch, or I should say, David and I love to watch The Next Food Network Star. There aren't a lot of shows that we watch, and I hate to get sucked into a show, just to have them end. I prefer to watch old Law & Orders that I know will go on as long as there is TV and not have to worry about watching every episode. Then again, I haven't watch those in a while either. Back to the Next Food Network Star, I have no preferences on who wins since Kelsey got booted off. The season finale is tonight; only one hour left. What will I watch until next year when American Idol starts??
I have to admit also, I am so excited it's shark week on Discovery Channel! Growing up, Discovery Channel and Disney were all we could watch on Sunday so my family got really involved in watching Discovery. I am trying to indoctrinate my children to love this channel as well.
Another confession, I am SOOOOOOOO excited for the Olympics! When I was younger, my dream was to be an Olympic gold medalist gymnast. But, I had no skill and it was obvious as my center of gravity grew, I could no longer do the necessary skills. Who am I kidding. I couldn't do the skills in the first place. I had no talent, but still had the dream. I lived vicarously thru all those talented girls!
